State Farm Insurance has always proven to offer prices I can afford even though I have a limited income. I came home again to Art Martinezes office only 4 yrs ago when I realized I needed more from my discount companies and should make this a priority in my life. I've been paying a very low fee in a price package for my automobile, roadside assistance and renter's insurance for these 4 yrs and have had several unfortunate emergencies in my personal life that would temporarily set me up to be late on my payment and no matter they always reinstated me instead of seeing me as a problem account. This is amazing to me. And truly helped my low self esteem at these times. The last thing I needed was to be kicked while I was down though the real kicker is how kind they treated me repeatedly. One of the most amazing things to me is how quickly and efficiently they handle each surprise-need I call them with while being completely kind! For me, calling to ask something of someone has me feeling vulnerable and each phone call, no matter which Agent I speak to, this office alleviates my worries instantly instead of having me feeling more concerned. And with their Drive Safe Program I have payed less for my car insurance than with the generic companies I kept being passed around to! I think everyone knows that State Farm is a full-service reputable company nationally but I know most of us think we can't afford quality service and insurance. You will not be sorry you called this agency for quality insurance and you'll stay for their Staff ❤️ This week I unexpectedly had to finance a new vehicle. Ashley, their account manager actually transferred my insurance policy to the new vehicle immediately!! Not the next day or even hours later BUT immediately so I could safely leave the dealership covered! Another very vulnerable moment instantly taken care of for MY convenience and to address my worries! Yes, this is how things should go professionally,, but hasn't been my experiences at all with other agencies!"
